Silver Star Worldwide Auto Repair

I’ve been to this wonderful shop three times and each time has been a pleasure. From speaking to the front desk staff to the knowledgeable mechanics. I was referred to Silver Star from a coworker and it truly has been the best decision that I made to bring my car to them. The Mercedes dealership will NEVER see my car again unless the warranty is paying full cost. Paying for labor, parts and diagnostic at Silver Star you’ll still come out better than what dealer charges. You guys have a customer for a very long time. Keep being honest and trustworthy.

Best Mercedes Repair Shop I have been using Silverstar for several years now to do routine as well as major auto repairs on two ML-300 Diesel cars - 2012 and 2014. The quality of their repairs are excellent and their prices are much more reasonable compared to the Mercedes dealerships in the area. They are extremely honest and can diagnose any problem with the cars. The only minor drawback they have is that in most cases, except routine oil changes, you may need to leave the car overnight as they are always very busy. Despite this issue, I would never bring my car to any other shop. They also provide a 2 year warranty on most major repairs. Scott(owner), Mark and Paul are very knowledgeable and very friendly and efficient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for any work you may need on your Mercedes or for that matter on any vehicle.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Silverstar for many years. They do an amazing job. Could not ask for better service. Very friendly, knowledgeable, does a full inspection every time and lets me know exactly what is needed and an estimate before any work is performed. Always keeps me well informed along the process of car being repaired. Would not trust anyone else.

While on vacation, my BMW started cutting off while driving. I was in a panic because I was without tools or scanner to research the problem myself. A quick search of the Google machine turned up the great guys at Silver Star Worldwide. After dropping my car off with them, they quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part in route for the fix. Life savers these guys are. Wife was worried about being from out of town and getting price gouged and was soon relieved that this would not be the case. I would Definitely recommend Silver Star Worldwide to anyone. Thanks guys, I appreciate all you have done for me and my family. Charles from Tennessee.

Great guys, great service! I own several European cars, so have a history of knowledge as to good and not so good service centers. My experience with Silver Star working on both a BMW and a Jaguar has been outstanding. They appreciate the need for owners to save money too and source their parts accordingly at competitive rates. Great place and if my Bentley was not in Michigan, they would be servicing that too. Thanks and God bless.
